As I have told you and your staff many times in person, I just wanted to take a little time to send you this note of appreciation and gratitude.

During the months of my mother's stay at Abba we were always completely satisfied with the total quality of care by you and your staff.

It's never easy to leave a loved one in the care of someone else, so we welcomed the referral from Chambrel at Club Hill that yours was a wonderful facility that could meet my mother's needs.
